We wanted to thank everyone at Sekas for all of your hard work on the project. The staff at Sekas made this a very enjoyable project. We were very impressed with the workmanship and your ability to stick to the timeline for the project. Kate and I stopped by frequently and Carroll always took the time to speak to us and and listen to any concerns. Please pass these thanks on to him as well. Bryan was also vey helpful. We realized that Sekas had many projects going on at the same time as ours, however, Bryan was aware of all of the details of our home and allowed us to make some last minute changes that most builders would have balked at. Lastly we would like to thank both you and Betsy for taking care of all of the details. In closing, we love our new home and hope to live there for a long time, but if we ever move, we hope that Sekas will be there to construct our new home.

Melissa and I just want to let you and your staff know how pleased we are with the results we have seen so far on our new house. We are really excited about moving and are looking forward in anticipation to our closing date. Our experience with the Sekas Team to date has been truly enjoyable. Your folks have really listened to us and responded to our questions and concerns and have made every effort to ensure that we were satisfied. As always, we are very impressed with the quality and workmanship of your homes and in this case it is no different. We feel privileged to be a part of a really special Sekas neighborhood in a truly beautiful location.
John, we also wanted to thank you for convincing us to purchase our current property versus the lot we were considering on Leeds Rd. There really is no comparison and we realize that we would have made a huge mistake if we hadn't talked to you.

In the last 8 years, I have built 3 homes and my current home with Sekas is hopefully my 3rd and final home. I have never had such a pleasant experience in building a home in my life. Not only is the home of such superior quality, but the feature that separates your company form the rest of the pack is the fine and excellent
staff you have employed with you. Right from our first meeting with Betsy, constant bugging of Norbert, to the last phone call from Sandy to clear up the 60 day walkthrough list, it has
been nothing but been top class service all the way. I have derived a slogan after my last experience with Sekas. "When you treat people the way you would like to be treated, you are treated
the best". Thank you once again for providing us with a wonderful home.

We moved from Vienna 4 years ago and bought a large million dollar semi-custom house in Texas, in a very nice enclave. I thought you might want to know that Morris and I were just talking this morning, that the house you built for us in Vienna is still our favorite house, you helped us customize it to just our liking and the quality was excellent. We miss the soild wood cabinetry and energy efficient design. And if our jobs hadn't moved, we would still be living in it.

We have been meaning to write you a letter for months. We wanted to tell you how happy and excited we are about our new home. It's been over eighteen months since we moved in, and, it's as exciting today as it was the very day we moved in! The Sekas team built a terrific house and we couldn't be more pleased with the communication and support of everyone on your team. We have always found everyone to be totally willing to help answer questions, provide direction, and to stop by and check on things. Norbert still stops by to see that we're happy with the house etc. Sandy, at the front desk, was always a delight to help with questions if we were in a pinch with time etc. If we didn't love this house so much we would probably have you build us another one! But, this is now our home and we aren't going anywhere! I'm sure you get plenty of compliments and letters of praise, but we did want you to know that we too are extremely happy to have a home like this one, and to have it built by Sekas Homes.
We want to thank the entire Sekas team for your dedication to quality, service, and friendliness and adding a "touch of class" to your homes. You all were great to work with. You all are still in our thoughts as we often discuss the experience of building this home.
P.S. I wouldn't be surprised if a number of people have called you to build their home. Everyone who has visited us has been extremely impressed with the floor plan, quality and our stories of working with you! Not to be forgotten, all the wonderful closets you add to your homes!!!!

Now that we are comfortably settled into our new home, we want to express our complete satisfaction not only with our new house, but also with our entire home-building experience with Sekas Homes. In addition to providing an excellent final result, Sekas Homes and the contractors with whom you work made our home-building process a pleasant--dare we say, fun--experience. Last Fall, my husband and I happened to find one of your developments as we were driving through Vienna. We weren’t house-hunting at the
time, but were so taken by the exterior of the house that we felt compelled to go inside. We walked from room to room amazed at the
quality workmanship and custom features we found throughout. Many rooms had double moulding and other features like tray ceilings or
wainscoting. All of the rooms were comfortable and well laid-out. We were hooked.

enjoy the open, family oriented floor plan and appreciate the solid, high quality construction. We receive many compliments about the house and

The overall construction of the foundation and framing is considered excellent. The framing of this house is notably superior; all framing headers are tight; outside corners of 2x4 frame walls are mitred and also at the bow window exterior corners; many of the 2x4 framing support areas are overbuilt; the roof framing shows good alignment for such a difficult system (multiple hip with vaulted ceiling).
