Sekas Homes, Ltd is known as Vienna's Premier Custom Home Builder. Sekas is currently finishing up our Carriage Landing community in Fairfax City and our John Marshall Estates project in Vienna. There are several homes remaining at both communities at reduced prices. We are in full swing at out Chalice Crest Estates development in McLean. We have numerous homes sold and some there are many fantastic lots available. We are just listing two new homes at Blair Estates in Vienna to be built later in the year. There are also plans for a new 11 home community (Francis Young Estates) in Vienna in 2007/2008. Stay tuned for details. As always, we will continue to work with homeowners who have their own lots and desire a builder, or go out and find land to suit individual needs. Sekas will continue to build from purchaser floor plans or custom floor plans as long as the homes fit within the realm of the neighborhood. Sekas feels strongly that diversity in each home elevation is what enhances a neighborhood and gives it character.
Working closely with his wife, Darcy, who is the company's Sales Manager, John Sekas has assembled an appealing collection of homes under his Designer and Estate Series monikers. Each line of homes demonstrates distinctive and unique features combined with architectural variety.
Prospective home buyers can choose between traditional Colonial designs, Colonials with a contemporary flare, craftsman style homes and straight contemporary models. From all brick, to siding with/without porches, to stone and siding, the exteriors of a Sekas home are as durable as they are beautiful. Inside, Sekas has seen to it that floorplans, window placements and rooms are designed with the homeowner in mind.
