From signing the contract to the selection process and finally building the house, your company made the whole experience so easy. Your staff was of tremendous help to Benitta, working with her vision, and listening to her wishes, both spoken and unspoken. All this helped in designing and building a truly unique home.
Additionally, we want to especially commend your crew for the professional way in which they completed the punch list items. Not only do we have a beautiful new home, but most importantly, it is both functional and a reflection of our tastes and personality.

What a delightful and excellent staff of Home Builders! You all have been most pleasant, patient and kind to us all through the building process. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience. You all have been the best to work with and we can say that about Mike and all the men "in front" through the months. Thank you for the "welcome" basket that arrived in the mist of moving confusion. It came at a perfect time and brought good memories of the time up to May 9th.

We wanted to thank everyone at Sekas for all of your hard work on the project. The staff at Sekas made this a very enjoyable project. We were very impressed with the workmanship and your ability to stick to the timeline for the project. Kate and I stopped by frequently and Carroll always took the time to speak to us and and listen to any concerns. Please pass these thanks on to him as well. Bryan was also vey helpful. We realized that Sekas had many projects going on at the same time as ours, however, Bryan was aware of all of the details of our home and allowed us to make some last minute changes that most builders would have balked at. Lastly we would like to thank both you and Betsy for taking care of all of the details. In closing, we love our new home and hope to live there for a long time, but if we ever move, we hope that Sekas will be there to construct our new home.

In the last 8 years, I have built 3 homes and my current home with Sekas is hopefully my 3rd and final home. I have never had such a pleasant experience in building a home in my life. Not only is the home of such superior quality, but the feature that separates your company form the rest of the pack is the fine and excellent staff you have employed with you. Right from our first meeting with Betsy, constant bugging of Norbert, to the last phone call from Sandy to clear up the 60 day walkthrough list, it has been nothing but been top class service all the way. I have derived a slogan after my last experience with Sekas. "When you treat people the way you would like to be treated, you are treated the best". Thank you once again for providing us with a wonderful home.
