We enjoy the open, family oriented floor plan and appreciate the solid, high quality construction. We receive many compliments about the house and especially about a lot of the little details that really make it a home.

The overall construction of the foundation and framing is considered excellent. The framing of this house is notably superior; all framing headers are tight; outside corners of 2x4 frame walls are mitred and also at the bow window exterior corners; many of the 2x4 framing support areas are overbuilt; the roof framing shows good alignment for such a difficult system (multiple hip with vaulted ceiling).

Sekas Homes made it very easy for us to build a new Newbury style home on our property. As you
know, Becky and I were very interested in buying a new home, but we also loved our neighborhood and
our property, and had no desire to move away. Like most people, we were initially very wary about
the idea of demolishing our home to build a new house on our lot. How complicated would the process
be? What charges would be involved? But after discussing several options with John and Bryan, we
decided that it would be easy for us to sell our old home to Sekas Homes and to repurchase the
property once our new home was built. In the end, the transaction was very simple - requiring little
time or attention from us. And we were not surprised by any hidden closing fees or transaction costs.
Everyone at Sekas Homes made the deal as simple as possible from our perspective. Thank you for taking
