However, finding a lot is more than just finding the perfect location for your home; there are zoning and building regulations that need to be followed, demolition requirements, percolation tests, and more. Sales Agreement
Once decisions have been made we can execute a Sales Agreement and close on the construction loan.
A significant advantage to building with Sekas Homes is knowing exactly what your new home will cost. We DO NOT include price escalation clauses in our contracts! Once you have signed your contract for the agreed-upon sales price, including your options allowances, you are locked in at that sales price. Unless you, the client, choose to adjust features/finishes/options in your new home, the price agreed to will not change no matter what might happen in the industry as it relates to product/materials price increases.
